Using Recon AI

Recon AI provides general information to help you compare business telco products. It is not professional, financial or technical advice. Check suitability, availability, prices and contract terms directly with the provider before buying.

Independent comparisons

Product details and published starting prices may change. We do not guarantee every product or offer is included. AI recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. Recon AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers we compare. An enquiry is not a purchase or a promise that a provider will respond.

Your account

Use one business per account and provide accurate account details and an accurate ABN. Keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for how you use the service and for checking the information you provide.

AI recommendations and credits

• Each account receives five free AI recommendations per Sydney calendar week, resetting Monday at midnight. The free allowance may change.
• A$5 buys five AI recommendations as a one-off purchase. There is no subscription.
• Credits never expire and are used after your free weekly runs.
• Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
• If a run fails, its credit is returned automatically and it does not count against your free allowance.
• Refunds are provided as required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.

Enquiries

When you request provider quotes, you authorise us to lodge your enquiry and contact details with the named providers or their authorised partners. We record your consent. Providers set their own terms and decide whether and how to respond.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content, impersonate another business, interfere with the service, probe other users’ accounts, automate abusive requests, or attempt to evade usage limits. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or other users.
